Choose Love has partnered with Mental Health Action Day to spread the message that we can take action to improve our mental health just like our physical health.

Join us on Thursday, May 19th at 6 PM ET for a wellness workshop, Pathways to Well-Being.

This special workshop will provide you with hands-on experiences to gain an introduction to their special supports in self-care. Scarlett Lewis will begin our event with an introduction, and together we will explore Compassion and Breathing through meditation and journaling, Sounds and Emotions, Check-ins and Awareness of Physical stress, Engaging the auditory system and Centering systems in the body, and lastly, the relationship between the feet and eyes for optimum learning and moving.

This year’s Mental Health Action Day theme is Connection as people of all ages continue to seek out ways to cope with loneliness stemming from the pandemic and turn to peer counseling to support their emotional wellbeing when struggling with isolation. Our Pathways to Well-being workshop will be a great way to connect and engage with others and get to know our Pathways to Well-Being facilitators.

In 2022, we’ll do even more together to drive our culture from awareness to action on mental health. Learn more and join us below!
